I was informed that bc my phone was not a note, that it didnt fall under the umbrella to get a new phone on that merit. Also, I also had a battery heating issues that no one was able to assist me with. I was also informed that my phone was not being leased any longer, and that I could get me a new phone.
I advised them that I did not have a means for communication and I needed my phone to be sent to the store. I was also informed that I could get a replacement phn at the store, but then I was informed that telesales could not send my phone informationorder to the store. My phone is completely broken I explained this to all representatives and instead of calling me back on my work number they called back on a phone that I told this was broken. When I contacted customer service today I was hung up on twice.
